When you use MailScore without signing in, we collect only the domain names you scan. We do not collect personal information for anonymous scans.

When you create an account via Google Sign-In, we store your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google.

How We Use Your Data

• To perform email deliverability scans on domains you provide
• To send email alerts about monitored domains (paid plans only)
• To process payments via Stripe
• To improve our service

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Google — for authentication
• Resend — for transactional email delivery
• Vercel — for hosting and analytics

Scan Results

Scan results are accessible via their unique URL. This is intentional — it allows you to share reports with colleagues. Scan results contain only publicly available DNS information about the scanned domain.

Data Retention

Scan results are retained indefinitely. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We use Google Analytics for anonymized usage statistics.
