Service Description

MailScore provides email deliverability scanning by querying publicly available DNS records. We check SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, and IP blacklists for domains you specify.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only scan domains you own or have permission to scan
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to overload or abuse the service
• Not resell access without an Agency plan

Accuracy

Scan results reflect DNS records at the time of scanning. DNS records can change at any time. We make no guarantees about email deliverability outcomes based on our scores.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

MailScore is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost emails, revenue, or business opportunities.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
